OUR CARRIERS
When you place an order, please include a contact phone number with your delivery address. If there’s any issue with the delivery, the carrier will use that number to contact you.
As we have multiple Warehouses within the UK and abroad, at times certain items may only be available in a few specific locations therefore showing your parcel in a different country. We work with a number of carriers to make sure that you receive your items as fast as possible. As a result, your parcel may sometimes travel through other countries before reaching you. The estimated delivery date is provided when you place your order takes this travel time into account.

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
We ship orders every day from Monday to Friday (except for Public and Bank Holidays etc). Most orders placed before Noon Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day; all other orders will usually be shipped the next business day of the order being placed.
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Free UK Delivery: FREE Delivery is available if you’re ordering eligible items for delivery within the UK. Items will be delivered 3-5 days after dispatch.
- Standard UK Mainland Delivery: Standard Delivery is available if you’re ordering items doesn’t qualify for FREE Delivery. Items will be delivered 3-5 days after dispatch.
- Expedited Delivery: Expedited Delivery is available on a small number of items, so that you receive them sooner than you would through the Standard or FREE Delivery options.

Cost
- We calculate the total weight of the items you’ve ordered and apply the appropriate delivery charges or we calculate a flat delivery fee of £1.99 for selected products.
- If your order includes £20 or more of MEDNA brand products, or £50 or more of any items across any product category, your order will qualify for FREE Delivery.

- We’ll show you your total delivery cost during checkout.
- Standard Delivery is usually First Class provided by Royal Mail or DDP Courier for selected items.
Expedited Delivery is available for registered customers for £8.99. Delivery times can vary from 2 to 4 days from dispatch.
Expedited Delivery is available only to UK addresses not including portions of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isles (including Shetlands, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey), Cornwall, Northumberland, PO Boxes and BFPO addresses.
Items can be delivered by various carriers. It is however not possible to choose the carrier. A proof of delivery (signature) may be required upon delivery, please make sure you take this into account when selecting the delivery address. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Orders including £20 or more of MEDNA brand products qualify for FREE Delivery. All orders of £50 across any product brands also qualify for FREE Delivery.

Please Note:
- Changing your delivery address, speed, or preference might affect your order’s eligibility for FREE Delivery.
- Some items may be ineligible for FREE Delivery due to size or weight.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS
When you shop with us from outside mainland UK, from the EU or from Outside of the EU, your orders may be delivered by various carriers but it isn’t possible to choose which carrier will deliver your order. Items will be delivered 7-15 days after dispatch.
VAT is charged on delivery rates for goods delivered within the European Union (EU).
If your delivery address is outside of the EU, your delivery rates may also be subject to customs charges.

United Kingdom
International shipping is automatically calculated by the shopping cart at checkout, according to the weight of the order and location of the delivery address.
Some larger parcels above 2000g may be subject to a fixed delivery charge of min. £25. Where this is the case, the fixed delivery charge will be shown at the checkout page.
In case you are registered for VAT in another EU country, please feel free to send us your company details and we prepare a VAT invoice for you. Alternatively, please send your order along your details and we provide zero-rated prices.
We estimate the import fee deposit during checkout and provide customs clearance on your behalf.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
In certain cases multiple items ordered are dispatched into multiple parcels.
When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same parcel in case the products are stocked in our nearest warehouse. This helps to reduce the number of transportation of large stocks and minimizes the time until you receive your orders.
Items from multiple orders will be combined into the same parcel if the orders meet the following criteria:
- The orders are placed for the same product type.
- The orders are placed for the same brand.
- The items are located at the same MEDNA Warehouse.
- The orders are ordered around the same time.
- The orders are dispatched around the same time.
There are some cases when we won’t be able to combine deliveries. For instance:
- Orders that can’t be dispatched from the same Warehouse to meet your promised delivery date.
- Orders dispatching from different MEDNA Warehouses.
- Orders being dispatched to different addresses.
Splitting items from multiple orders into separate parcels won’t change the delivery costs you pay for each order. You’ll be charged separate delivery charges for each of your orders. However, you won’t be charged more than the total amounts quoted at checkout for all orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
SHIP YOUR ITEM BACK TO US
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item and how the item was purchased.
When returning an item you can choose your preferred refund method when contacting us. The option will default to a Gift Card or you can request the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund Time (Once Return Is Received) usually takes 3-5 business days before it appears on you account.
Please Note: In some cases, you may be offered an “Instant refund” option to allow you to use your refund without waiting for your return to process. Instant Refunds are issued as MEDNA Voucher Codes. Refunds issued to card issuers will require an additional 3-5 business days processing time by those institutions. You’ll still need to return your items within 30 days.
If your original order was placed using Currency Converter, the refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order.
We may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren’t required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by out Customer Service Associate.
Gift Returns: The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it was returned. For more information, please contact us by email.
Late Refunds: You can check the status of your refund in Your Orders.
Please Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees: If You Return items in original condition past the 30 days return window, 80% will be refunded. Up to 50% of the item’s price will be refunded on items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error.
RETURN YOUR ITEM
We offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. If the order is valued at £20 or more, please insure the shipment for the value of the items and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over £50 must be returned to us with a trackable shipping service. For items below £50, we suggest registered delivery service. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to refund you.
Please Note: Items must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact. Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
When you order different items that were dispatched and shipped from multiple MEDNA Warehouses we may request your return items to be sent back to the Warehouse where the items were stocked or we pay for return shipping to an international address. Alternatively we arrange a discounted Pick up & Return service if available in your area.
We’ll refund your return costs on items, up to our standard delivery option cost, if:
•you received an incorrect item, or
•you received a damaged item, or
•you received a defective item, or
•you are returning selected products.
