For orders with a subtotal under £25.00 (excluding VAT), a flat rate shipping charge of £2.50 will apply.

Bulk Orders
When shipping bulk orders, courier fees are determined by the total weight and box dimensions. As we aim to provide the most cost-effective shipping solution, we will calculate the shipping cost once the order is packed and will notify you of the cost before your order is shipped.
Dispatch Information
Orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Orders placed before 10am, Monday to Friday, will typically be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will usually be dispatched within two working days.

Parcel Dimensions
Most of our parcels will not fit through a standard letterbox. If you are unavailable to receive your order, we recommend leaving a note for the postman to leave your parcel with a neighbour, or alternatively, check for a “Not Able to Deliver” notification. Please follow the instructions provided by Royal Mail for re-delivery. If the parcel is not collected within five business days, it will be returned to us.
Estimated Delivery Times
Royal Mail:
- 1st Class Mail: Typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
- 2nd Class Mail: Usually delivered within 2–4 business days.

Courier Service:
For large or high-value orders, we may opt to use a courier service. You will receive an email notification, followed by a text message approximately one hour before delivery (provided a valid email address and mobile number have been provided). Courier deliveries generally occur the following day.
Please note: while we strive to ship orders promptly, the delivery times provided above are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the delivery service, we cannot control any delays that may occur. We will, however, endeavour to assist you in receiving your order as quickly as possible.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive two emails:
- Order Confirmation: This email, which will include your receipt, will be sent within approximately 24 hours of order placement.
- Dispatch Confirmation: This email will notify you that your order has been dispatched, typically within 1-2 business days following payment authorisation and verification.
Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive these emails. If you have not received them, it may be due to an incorrect email address being entered during checkout.
Late Deliveries
If your order appears to be delayed, please keep the following in mind:
- Courier deliveries are made only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Royal Mail deliveries may experience delays beyond our control. Please be patient, as your parcel should arrive within a few days of dispatch. We recommend checking for a “Not Able to Deliver” note in case your parcel cannot be delivered due to size or required signature.
- If your order has not arrived within five business days, and no “Not Able to Deliver” notice has been left, please contact your local post office or Royal Mail collection depot, as your parcel may be awaiting collection there. After seven working days, uncollected parcels will be returned to us. Please note that if a parcel needs to be reshipped, a £3.95 charge will apply.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Royal Mail considers an item to be lost after 15 business days from the expected delivery date for UK deliveries, or 25 business days for international shipments.
When placing an order, please ensure your delivery address is correct. If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address, purchase costs cannot be refunded.
International Orders
At present, we are only offering international shipping for B2B customers. We will update our B2C customers as soon as this service becomes available again. In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
