The Medna Holistic ProBio Ultra belongs to the multi-strain combination of 8 live cultures, providing 20 billion viable organisms per capsule:
Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium breve, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

This multi-strain live culture combination has been specifically manufactured to be heat-resistant and, as such, does not require refrigeration, which makes it perfect for travel. It is also micro-encapsulated for acid-resistance and is able to withstand stomach acid, helping the live bacteria to reach the colon alive and in optimal condition and therefore able to colonise in the digestive tract.

USAGE
1 capsule to be taken 1 to 3 times per day, before meals or as advised.
